The conversation was rich and very practical, especially around how business skills and soft skills training are delivered to women, youth, employees, job seekers, and business owners. What I truly appreciated is that each person added value and shared new insights, so everyone involved learned from one another. The diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and methodologies made the discussion even stronger.
We also discussed the cluster approach and its purpose, how alignment, collaboration, and working together can create stronger impact than working in silos.
These kinds of conversations matter. They help us learn, align, and build meaningful collaboration for what’s ahead.
